Food Prepared and Presented with Panache!

As noted above, our company name is P’Nosh and it, and I, has been a full fledged caterer for more than ten years. My name is Bobbi Baumgarten and I am the Founder, Executive Chef and Sole Proprietor of P’Nosh. I have been cooking for a long time and my credentials have been acquired over this period of time in the form of constructive criticism and empty plates.

Delectable, Delicious Delicacies

P’Nosh’s menu tends to be eclectic; however we concentrate on comfort food with European, Italian and Mexican cuisine being the core and Asian cuisine being the complement.

Virtually all of our food is prepared by us from healthy and fresh ingredients and if we source any prepared food it first has to pass our vigorous standards for flavor and quality.

P’Nosh began doing private parties and events and still does social and life cycle functions. Additionally, it is on the approved caterer’s lists of Executive Events Group, University of California – Hastings School of the Law, San Francisco State University – Romburg Center and the 9th Appellate Court of Appeals. P’Nosh has been doing the Hastings Commencement for 5000 for the past five years and its Winter Swearing-In Reception for 400 for the past four. We have also provided Hastings’ Incoming Class Orientation Reception with a box-lunch for 250.

P’Nosh has catered upscale, plated, luncheons and dinners for as many as 36 and provided food in a number of venues for breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets for as many as 150 guests.

P’Nosh provides its own platters, chafers and electronic heaters to present its food beautifully and keep it warm, and dishes, glassware and utensils for guest enjoyment. One of its additional hallmarks is the presence of a floral bouquet to compliment and complement its presentation and your event.
